Hollandaise blender method

  1. melt butter set aside
  2. In a blender put:
  3. egg yolks, lemon juice, Tabasco
  4. turn the blender on and immediately begin pouring the butter in.
  5. Turn it off at once, after all the butter is added..
  6. if using unsalted butter add the salt to taste.

unsalted butter, egg yolks, lemon juiice, salt, tabasco
