Hollandaise blender method
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 tsp lemon juiice
- 1/4 tsp salt if using salted butter no need to add more
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco
- melt butter set aside
- In a blender put:
- egg yolks, lemon juice, Tabasco
- turn the blender on and immediately begin pouring the butter in.
- Turn it off at once, after all the butter is added..
- if using unsalted butter add the salt to taste.
