White Squash Custard Recipe

  1. Peel squash and cut off seed.
  2. Boil in large pot till tender.
  3. Drain in colander.
  4. Pour back into pot.
  5. Put butter, sugar and vanilla.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Add in Pet lowfat milk, mix well.
  8. Then add in egg yolks.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Pour into baking dish and bake on 400 degrees till hard.
  11. Beat the egg white till stiff peaks form.
  12. Place on top of custard.
  13. Brown on top.
