Chocolate Pie Bites with Puff Pastry
- 2 sheets Frozen puff pastry
- 15 Bite-sized chocolates
- 1 Egg yolk (beat in a little water)
- Defrost 2 sheets of frozen puff pastry and roll one out.
- Using the un-rolled puff pastry as the bottom part, align the bite-sized chocolate.
- Cover with the rolled-out puff pastry sheet and secure the edges using chopsticks.
- Cut into individual pieces.
- If the two sheets aren't stuck together enough, press down on the edges with your hands.
- Brush on an egg yolk dissolved in a little water for a glossy finish before baking!
- Bake for 15 minutes in a 200C preheated oven.
- Please keep your eyes on them and adjust the baking time to your oven!
