Pork Spare Ribs with Barbecue Sauce

  1. Steam the pork in a steamer for 2 hours.
  2. After the pork has cooled, place in a large plastic bag, mix and add all of the recipe sauce ingredients, and chill in the fridge for at least half a day for the flavors to settle.
  3. It is done once it browns in an oven over 390F/200C.
  4. You could also grill this on a BBQ grill or bake in an Dutch oven.
  5. It's delicious to boil down the leftover sauce.
