Pork Spare Ribs with Barbecue Sauce
- 120 ml (8 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 100 grams Ketchup
- 60 grams Honey (or anything that is sweet)
- 30 ml Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
- 30 ml Wine (red or white)
- 3 clove Garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 the same amount as the garlic Ginger, finely chopped
- 1 dash Black pepper
- 1 dash Herbs of your choice
- Steam the pork in a steamer for 2 hours.
- After the pork has cooled, place in a large plastic bag, mix and add all of the recipe sauce ingredients, and chill in the fridge for at least half a day for the flavors to settle.
- It is done once it browns in an oven over 390F/200C.
- You could also grill this on a BBQ grill or bake in an Dutch oven.
- It's delicious to boil down the leftover sauce.
