Cottage pie

  1. Preheat oven to 400, Peel and wash potatoes, dice and begin to boil.
  2. In a large skillet add ground beef, onion, garlic, salt and pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Cook until beef is browned.
  4. Drain corn and peas.
  5. When potatoes are done, mash well.
  6. Add ground beef to a glass baking dish.
  7. Top with corn, peas and then mashed potatoes.
  8. Coat top of potatoes with cheese.
  9. Bake for 20 min.
  10. Enjoy!
