Big Kid's Egg Nog Recipe

  1. 1) Mix together first 4 ingredients & reheat to 160 degrees, using a candy thermometer to check temperature.

  3. Add in tsp.
  4. vanilla & cold by placing pan in bowl of ice cubes & stirring till cooled.
  5. 3.
  6. Pour in a bowl that has 1 c. heavy cream, whipped.
  7. 4.
  8. Add in rum.
  9. 5.
  10. Garnish with nutmeg sprinkled over top.
