Big Kid's Egg Nog Recipe
- 1 quart lowfat milk
- 6 x Large eggs- beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c. heavy cream nutmeg Rum
- 1) Mix together first 4 ingredients & reheat to 160 degrees, using a candy thermometer to check temperature.

- Add in tsp.
- vanilla & cold by placing pan in bowl of ice cubes & stirring till cooled.
- 3.
- Pour in a bowl that has 1 c. heavy cream, whipped.
- 4.
- Add in rum.
- 5.
- Garnish with nutmeg sprinkled over top.
