Holiday Rum Balls Recipe
- 5 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 c. minced pecans
- 1 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 c. (4 ounce.) rum
- 1/4 c. Karo light syrup
- 2 tbsp. cocoa
- Confectioners' sugar
- Combine crumbs, pecans, 1 c. confectioners' sugar, rum, Karo syrup and cocoa.
- Shape into balls with hands dusted with confectioners' sugar.
- Store in tightly covered container several days to mellow.
- Makes about 4 dozen.
