Spicy Burgers(Serves Four)
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground hamburger
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Mexican hot sauce
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 clove elephant garlic or 3 cloves regular
- 1 medium shallot or small onion
- 1 red or green pepper, sliced
- Mince garlic and shallot.
- Mix ground hamburger, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, Mexican sauce, minced garlic and minced shallot in large mixing bowl.
- Preheat skillet to 350u0b0.
- Form mixture into 4 patties.
- Fry 3 to 5 minutes per side, or until done.
- Add large slice onion and pepper when burgers are half cooked.
- Drain well on paper towels before serving with ketchup or hot sauce (or a mixture of ketchup and hot sauce).
- Can be eaten with rolls or without.
- If served by self, garnish serving plate with fresh vegetable.
