Spicy Burgers(Serves Four)

  1. Mince garlic and shallot.
  2. Mix ground hamburger, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, Mexican sauce, minced garlic and minced shallot in large mixing bowl.
  3. Preheat skillet to 350u0b0.
  4. Form mixture into 4 patties.
  5. Fry 3 to 5 minutes per side, or until done.
  6. Add large slice onion and pepper when burgers are half cooked.
  7. Drain well on paper towels before serving with ketchup or hot sauce (or a mixture of ketchup and hot sauce).
  8. Can be eaten with rolls or without.
  9. If served by self, garnish serving plate with fresh vegetable.
