Crispy Garlic Chicken Saute
- 1 1/2 ~ 2 Chicken thigh
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 Parsley (or Basil)
- 1 Olive oil
- 1 Krazy Salt
- 1 Black pepper
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken thighs.
- Then coat with thinly sliced garlic and minced parsley.
- Place them on a tray.
- Drizzle on olive oil and marinate in the fridge for over one hour.
- Meanwhile, slice potatoes (not listed) thinly to serve with the chicken.
- Place your marinated chicken skin side down on the frying pan and add sliced potato around the chicken.
- Cover with a lid and steam fry over low to medium heat for a while.
- Once the skin turns golden brown, turn the chicken over.
- Continue to saute without the lid.
- Slice into desired sizes and serve with potatoes.
