Crispy Garlic Chicken Saute

  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken thighs.
  2. Then coat with thinly sliced garlic and minced parsley.
  3. Place them on a tray.
  4. Drizzle on olive oil and marinate in the fridge for over one hour.
  5. Meanwhile, slice potatoes (not listed) thinly to serve with the chicken.
  6. Place your marinated chicken skin side down on the frying pan and add sliced potato around the chicken.
  7. Cover with a lid and steam fry over low to medium heat for a while.
  8. Once the skin turns golden brown, turn the chicken over.
  9. Continue to saute without the lid.
  10. Slice into desired sizes and serve with potatoes.
