Turkey Leg Soup Recipe
- Turkey legs
- Onion
- Garlic
- 4 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon each basil, rosemary, salt
- Potatoes, carrots, okra, celery, whatever vegetable you like
- Cover turkey legs with water.
- Add in mustard and onions and cook together 45 min.
- Add in other vegetables.
- May be thickened, if you like.
