Quick Feta Cheeseball
- 8 ounces feta, crumbled (I used garlic herb flavored)
- 8 ounces neufchatel cheese, softened
- 18 cup green pepper, chopped (or use red for holiday colors)
- 18 cup green onion, sliced
- 18 cup walnuts, chopped fine
- parsley (optional)
- Beat cream cheese and feta at medium speed until well blended.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Refrigerate, covered, until chilled through.
- Form into a ball and roll in fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve with veggies, pita chips, or crackers.
