Opal's Thai Stir-Fry

  1. Preheat a medium wok over high heat.
  2. Add the oil, garlic and chilies.
  3. Add your protein selection and brown the outside.
  4. Add the onions, noodles, dark soy sauce, fish sauce and sugar.
  5. Cook for about 2 minutes.
  6. Throw in the peppers, tomato and basil and cook for 1 minute.
