Barbecue Sauce

  1. Combine all ingredients and bring to a rolling boil.
  2. Reduce to a simmer.
  3. Simmer for 90 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes or so.
  4. Pour sauce into sterilized canning jars.
  5. Seal and let stand 2-6 weeks before use.

salt, ground black pepper, chili powder, ketchup, white vinegar, water, yellow onion, sorghum molasses
