Chicken And Spinach Recipe
- 4 chicken breast halves, cooked and cut up
- 2 Packages frzn spinach, defrost and drain well
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. sherry
- 3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- Put spinach in 10-inch casserole and layer chicken on top.
- Make a sauce using remaining ingredients.
- Put sauce in microwave till cheese melts, about 1-2 min on high.
- Pour heated sauce over chicken and spinach.
- Crush stuffing mix and mix with melted butter.
- Spread over casserole.
- Bake covered 20 min at 350 degrees.
- Uncover and continue baking another 20 min.
- Serves 4-6.
