Chicken And Spinach Recipe

• 4 chicken breast halves, cooked and cut up
• 2 Packages frzn spinach, defrost and drain well
• 1 can mushroom soup
• 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tbsp. chicken broth
• 2 tbsp. sherry
• 3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
• 1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
• 1/2 stick butter, melted

1. Put spinach in 10-inch casserole and layer chicken on top.
2. Make a sauce using remaining ingredients.
3. Put sauce in microwave till cheese melts, about 1-2 min on high.
4. Pour heated sauce over chicken and spinach.
5. Crush stuffing mix and mix with melted butter.
6. Spread over casserole.
7. Bake covered 20 min at 350 degrees.
8. Uncover and continue baking another 20 min.
9. Serves 4-6.
