Hearty Sausage Supper
- 1 lb kielbasa, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
- 8 -9 red potatoes, cut into quarters
- 4 medium carrots, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 cup water
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons parsley
- In a large skillet, combine the kielbasa, potatoes, carrots, water and black pepper.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
- Cover, simmer 10-15 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in lemon juice.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve hot.
