Royal Fruit Cup
- 16 ounces House Fruit Cup
- 2 ounces fresh lemon juice
- Ice
- 8 ounces chilled ginger beer
- 24 ounces chilled sparkling wine
- 8 Thai basil sprigs
- 8 orange twists
- 8 cucumber spears (optional)
- In a pitcher, combine the House Fruit Cup and lemon juice.
- Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours.
- Stir and pour into 8 ice-filled pilsner glasses.
- Stir 1 ounce ginger beer and 3 ounces sparkling wine into each drink and garnish with a basil sprig, orange twist and cucumber spear.
