Peach Pie Alaska Recipe
- 1 pkg. (sm.) Jello gelatin - orange
- 1 baked 9 inch Pet Ritz deep dish pie crust, cooled
- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 1 c. vanilla ice cream
- 1 c. diced peaches
- 1 (8 ounce.) carton Cold Whip
- Dissolve Jello in water.
- Add in ice cream by spoonfuls, stir till melted and smooth.
- Blend in fruit and topping.
- Refrigerateif necessary, till mix will mound.
- Spoon into crust.
- Refrigerateabout 3 hrs or possibly longer.
- 8 servings.
- Note: If using canned peaches, make sure to drain well.
