House Lamb Shanks

  1. PLACE the shanks in a large slow cooker (at least 5 quarts) and sprinkle the meat with the dry rub.
  2. Add the bottled smoke.
  3. COVER and cook on high for 4 to 6 hours or on low for 8 to 10 hours.
  4. The meat should be fork-tender.
