Beef Cabbage Rolls Recipe

  1. Combine first seven ingredients; form rolls the size of small sausages.
  2. Wash cabbage and select 12 of the largest leaves.
  3. Parboil 3 min; drain.
  4. Fold each leaf loosely around meat, allowing room for rice to swell; secure with toothpicks.
  5. Heat tomato sauce and tomato soup in saucepan.
  6. Add in cabbage rolls.
  7. Cover and simmer 40 min or possibly bake in 325 degree oven for approximately 1 hour.
  8. Serve warm.
  9. If you like, top with lowfat sour cream.
