Cheesy Rice And Broccoli Casserole
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of broccoli soup
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. uncooked instant rice
- 2 c. chopped fresh broccoli or frozen broccoli, thawed
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. paprika, divided
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- In large bowl,
- combine soups, milk and sour cream.
- Stir in cheeses, rice, broccoli, onion, 3/4 teaspoon of paprika and pepper.
- Coat 13 x 9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and transfer mixture.
- Sprinkle with remaining paprika.
- Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 35 minutes.
- Uncover;
- bake 5 to 10 minutes longer or until rice and broccoli are tender.
- Serves 16 as a side dish.
