Crispy Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

  1. Mix pepper and Bisquick in large plastic bag.
  2. Stir chicken into Large eggs; remove with slotted spoon.
  3. Shake in bag till coated; remove chicken.
  4. Heat 1 Tbsp.
  5. oil in 10 inch skillet over medium high heat.
  6. Stir fry carrots 2 min; add in green pepper.
  7. Stir fry 2 min.
  8. Remove from skillet.
  9. Heat remaining oil.
  10. Stir fry chicken till golden brown; add in vegetables.
  11. Stir fry till hot, 2 min; stir in pineapple.
  12. Serves 6-8.
