Easy & Rich Soy Sauce Flavored Flounder

  1. Put all of the ingredients into a small pot.
  2. Also put in the flounder.
  3. Turn the heat down to low, cover with a drop-lid (a light lid or sheet of baking paper placed directly on the contents), and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Midway through simmering, flip over and use a spoon to coat the fish with the sauce.
