Easy & Rich Soy Sauce Flavored Flounder
- 2 filets Flounder
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 50 ml Water
- 1/2 tsp Dashi soup stock granules
- Put all of the ingredients into a small pot.
- Also put in the flounder.
- Turn the heat down to low, cover with a drop-lid (a light lid or sheet of baking paper placed directly on the contents), and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Midway through simmering, flip over and use a spoon to coat the fish with the sauce.
