Black Berrie Pie Or Cobbler Recipe
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1/4 c. cool water
- Sufficient berries to make pie or possibly cobbler
- Mix flour, Crisco and water to make crust.
- Double the recipe for a pie, 4-6 batches for a large cobbler.
- To add in a buttery flavor to crust fold in some buttery flavored Crisco and regular white Crisco together which equals the 1/2 c. ingredient.
- Bake at 350-375 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
- You may substitute cherry, apples, etc.
- for blackberries.
