Chocolate Zucchini Cake

  1. Peel and grate zucchini.
  2. Set aside to drain all water.
  3. Cream together the butter, sugar, oil, eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients, except zucchini and chocolate chips. Fold in zucchini.
  4. Pour into greased pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips over cake.
  5. Bake at 325u0b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
  6. Do not preheat oven!!
