Parmesan Baked Salmon

  1. Thaw salmon, if frozen.
  2. Rinse and pat salmon dry.
  3. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  4. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  5. In a small bowl, combine mayo, cheese, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spread mixture over the tops of the salmon.
  7. Bake, uncovered, for 5-7 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily.
  8. Serve with steamed artichoke and roasted fingerling or mashed potatoes.
