Parmesan Baked Salmon
- 16 ounces, weight Salmon Fillet
- 1/4 cups Light Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Green Onion
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce For Poultry (with White Wine And Herbs)
- Kosher Salt And Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- Thaw salmon, if frozen.
- Rinse and pat salmon dry.
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Spray an 8x8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine mayo, cheese, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mixture over the tops of the salmon.
- Bake, uncovered, for 5-7 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily.
- Serve with steamed artichoke and roasted fingerling or mashed potatoes.
