Salmon with Vegetables
- 2 kg salmon
- 150 grams edamame
- 200 grams carrots
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- Put salmon in a baking dish.
- Bake it for 20 minutes, or until the fish is fully cooked.
- Season with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Slice the carrots and put in a pan with edamame and butter.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook it for a few minutes.
- When the salmon is ready, add the vegetables to the baking dish together with the salmon.
- Bake it for 5 more minutes.
- It goes well together rice or some pasta.
