Rocky Road Candy Squares
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (real chocolate)
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. salted dry roasted peanuts
- 10 1/2 oz. bag mini marshmallows
- Melt chocolate chips, Eagle Brand and butter over low heat in medium saucepan.
- Stir together.
- Pour over the following ingredients which you have measured into a large bowl: peanuts and marshmallows.
- Mix and fold until all covered.
- Spread into a 9 x 13-inch pan or dish which is buttered and lined generously with wax paper.
- Chill until firm.
- Lift out, peel back the paper and slice uniformly into squares.
- To serve, bring to room temperature.
- Stores well, covered, in refrigerator.
- This is the easiest, best candy to make and eat.
- Great for Christmas treats.
