Speedy Beef Stir-Fry

  1. Sprinkle bi-carb over beef and mix well (to tenderise).
  2. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  3. In another bowl get your marinade ready.
  4. Rinse beef and throw into marinade.
  5. Prepare veggies and set aside (onions separate to other veggies)Prepare veggies and set aside (onions separate to other veggies).
  6. When you are ready heat wok, add a little oil and fry beef in batches until browned and set aside.
  7. Clean wok and fry onions.
  8. Set aside with beef.
  9. Stir-fry remaining veggies until starting to soften.
  10. Add remaining sauce, noodles, beef and onion and heat through.
  11. Serve with a sprinkle of chilli flakes, cracked salt and black pepper.
  12. Yum!
