Artichoke Dip Recipe

  1. Cut up pita bread into chip size triangles, seperate and bake on a cookie sheet till crispy (approx 5 min).
  2. Combine all remaining ingredients and mash (a kitchenaid mixer works great).
  3. Bake in a uncovered casserole dish for approx 30 min @ 350 or possibly till bubbly.
  4. Serve warm out of the oven and scoop up dip with pita bread.
  5. if you intend to take this to a party or possibly are having friends over be prepared to recite this recipe a number of times.
