Baked Eggs With Ham And Spinach Recipe

  1. Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 325 F. Place spinach in a sieve and press to squeeze out as much water as possible.
  3. Place ham in bottom of 4 lightly buttered shallow ramekins or possibly individual gratin dishes.
  4. Spread spinach over ham.
  5. Drizzle each dish with 1 Tbs.
  6. lowfat milk.
  7. Season with nutmeg and salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Carefully break 2 Large eggs into each dish.
  9. Drizzle with remaining lowfat milk and sprinkle with cheese.
  10. Bake 12-15 min, till whites are just set and cheese is melted.
  11. Serve over toast
