Hamwiches
- 2 large pkg. crescent rolls
- 2 c. ham, diced
- 3 c. Colby-Jack cheese, shredded
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (or to taste)
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- several dashes cayenne pepper
- 3 eggs
- Parmesan or Romano cheese
- poppy seed
- Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
- Press 1 package rolls in bottom of pan.
- Mix cheese, milk, eggs, mustard and pepper together.
- Divide mixture in half.
- Add diced ham to 1/2 cheese mixture.
- Spread ham mixture on top of crescent layer.
- Spread second package of crescents on top of ham mixture.
- Spread remaining cheese mixture over crescents.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and poppy seed.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown.
- Cut in squares.
