Deviled Eggs

  1. Peel hard-boiled eggs and cut in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove the yolks and place in a medium bowl and place the whites on a serving platter.
  3. Mash the yolks with a fork.
  4. Add the mayo, sour cream, white vinegar, brown mustard, sugar, Franks, kosher salt and pepper.
  5. Stir with a spatula, mashing the egg mixture until it is smooth.
  6. Transfer the egg mixture to a pastry or Ziploc bag.
  7. Pipe the egg mixture into the egg whites and garnish with paprika.
  8. Enjoy!
