Cheesy Pizza Soup
- 2 (19 ounce) cans ready-to-serve tomato basil soup
- 12 cup pepperoni, chopped
- 1 12 cups pizza cheese, blend shredded (6 oz.)
- 2 teaspoons fresh basil or 2 teaspoons parsley, chopped, if desired
- In 2-quart saucepan, combine soup, pepperoni and 1 cup of the cheese; mix well.
- Cook over medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese softens, stirring occasionally.
