Coconut Delight

  1. Mix
  2. flour,
  3. 1/2
  4. cup pecans and margarine.
  5. Press into baking dish to form crust;
  6. bake at 350u0b0 for 15 minutes.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Mix
  9. cream
  10. cheese
  11. with confectioners sugar; add one box of Cool Whip.
  12. Mix thoroughly; spread over crust.
  13. Mix instant pudding with milk;
  14. stir
  15. until
  16. thick.
  17. Spread
  18. this mixture over the cream cheese
  19. layer.
  20. Sprinkle a small amount of shredded coconut on the pudding
  21. layer.
  22. Spread
  23. one box of Cool Whip on top, then sprinkle
  24. the
  25. remaining
  26. coconut and 1 cup of pecans on top of the Cool Whip.
  27. Chill before serving.
