3 Bean Bake
- 1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium size green pepper, chopped
- 1 (16 oz.) can baked beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can lima beans, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans (undrained)
- 1/2 c. chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Cook ground beef; drain.
- In 1 teaspoon vegetable oil (or less), saute onion and green pepper.
- Combine onion mixture, ground beef and remaining ingredients; stir well.
- Spoon mixture into a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
- This mixture may be placed in a crock-pot.
- Bake on high 1 hour; turn to low and let simmer until ready to eat.
