Boston Market's Creamed Spinach Recipe

• 10 ounce Can cream celery soup
• 1 Tbsp. Flour
• 4 Tbsp. Butter/Margarine Or possibly Canola Oil
• 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
• 1 x salt And Pepper to Taste
• 20 ounce Frzn Minced Spinach Cooked And Liquid removed
• 1 sm Onion -- diced

1. In a saucepan, on medium heat, stir together with wire whisk soup, flour, butter, garlic salt, salt and pepper till smooth and piping warm.
2. Combine with spinach and onion.
3. Heat through.
