Turkey & Cranberry Slaw Grilled Cheese
- 2 qt. coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
- 1-1/2 cups dried cranberries
- 1 cup scallions, thinly sliced
- 1-1/2 cups Pure Kraft Refrigerated Raspberry Poppyseed Dressing
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 48 slices marble rye bread, cut into 1/2-inch/1-cm-thick slices (47 g each)
- - cooked turkey breasts, thinly sliced
- 24 each Kraft Extra Swiss Cheese Slices
- Combine coleslaw blend, cranberries, scallions, dressing and pepper.
- Refrigerate up to 24 hours.
- For each serving: Fill 2 bread slices with 1-1/2 oz.
- (45 g) turkey, 1/3 cup (75 mL) coleslaw and 1 cheese slice.
- Grill in heated panini grill sprayed with cooking spray 4 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Cut diagonally in half to serve.
