LG's Crab In Thai Tomato Chili Sauce

  1. In pan with oil sautAS dice garlic, shallot and ginger with red chili pepper till fragrant about 2 minutes
  2. Add white wine spoon by spoon and continue stir frying then add this tomato chili sauce and chicken stock and bring to a boil
  3. Add snow crab stick and simmer for another 3 minutes then add egg and corn starch mixture and lower heat and stir gently in 3 circle
  4. Divide equally to 6 serving and it's taste great with white rice
