LG's Crab In Thai Tomato Chili Sauce
- 20 stick snow crab stick
- 3 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp thai chili sauce
- 6 tbsp heinz tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup white wine or cooking wine
- 3 tbsp dice garlic
- 3 tbsp dice shallot
- 3 tbsp dice ginger
- 2 deseeded red chili pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch with 3tbsp of water
- 1 egg
- 2 cup spring onion
- In pan with oil sautAS dice garlic, shallot and ginger with red chili pepper till fragrant about 2 minutes
- Add white wine spoon by spoon and continue stir frying then add this tomato chili sauce and chicken stock and bring to a boil
- Add snow crab stick and simmer for another 3 minutes then add egg and corn starch mixture and lower heat and stir gently in 3 circle
- Divide equally to 6 serving and it's taste great with white rice
