Mixed Berry-Banana Kefir Smoothie
- 1 cup assorted organic fruit (blueberries, strawberries, banana)
- 3/4 cup Kefir
- 1 cup ice
- 1 to 2 tsp. agave nectar (this is a low-glycemic sweetner sold at Whole Foods)
- Put all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend to crush ice and serve.
- This will make two juice glass size servings, which is good for beginning Kefir drinkers.
- In the future, you can make larger servings once you are acclimated to Kefir.
