Steak and Egg Tacos
- 1 Tri-tip Sirloin Steak Roast
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 lb Mushrooms
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 12 4" Tortillas
- 12 Eggs
- Oil, salt and pepper steak roast.
- Bake steak roast in a 425 F oven until done to your liking.
- Heat oil and melt butter.
- Saute garlic and mushrooms.
- Reduce heat.
- Heat a flat pan, add oil with a paper towel.
- Warm tortillas.
- Heat oil and cook eggs to desired doneness.
- Slice steak and place on top of tortilla.
- Add eggs and mushrooms.
- Grate cheese on top.
