Red Snapper(With Sesame Vegetables)

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. In large nonstick skillet over high heat, heat oils.
  3. Add ginger root and garlic; saute 30 seconds. Add onion and saute 30 seconds.
  4. Add peppers and cook 1 minute. Reduce heat to medium and stir in snow peas, vinegar and soy sauce.
  5. Let bubble 1 minute.
  6. Stir in sesame seed and remove from heat.
  7. Arrange snapper fillets in baking pan.
  8. Evenly spoon vegetable mixture over fish.
  9. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until fish are just cooked through.
  10. Contains 229 calories per serving.
