Polish Cabbage Soup Recipe
- 1 lg. can sauerkraut
- 1/2 whole yellow peas (pkg.)
- 1 pound fresh spare ribs
- 2 pound cabbage
- Soak yellow peas overnight.
- Rinse and squeeze out sauerkraut, then boil for 10 min, rinse and squeeze again.
- Boil spare ribs and the rinse.
- Put sauerkraut, peas, spare ribs, cabbage, salt, pepper and sufficient water to cover ingredients.
- Cook till peas and spare ribs are done.
