Fried Hanpen Sandwiches with Krazy Salt
- 1 Hanpen
- 2 slice Ham
- 1 slice Sliced cheese
- 1 Krazy Salt
- 1 dash Vegetable oil
- Cut the hanpen in half.
- Slit open the hanpen, leaving 1 cm at the edge.
- Sandwich the cheese between two layers of ham, then cut in half.
- Tuck the ham-sandwiched cheese into the hanpen, round edge first.
- Season the hanpen with Krazy Salt, and fry in a little oil.
- It's done when both sides are golden brown.
- Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve immediately.
