Blender Cheesecake Pie Recipe
- 2 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese, cut up
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- Beat together in blender (or possibly with mixer) cream cheese, 2/3 c. sugar, Large eggs and almond extract.
- Pour into an ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven about 35 min.
- In a small bowl, stir together lowfat sour cream, 3 Tbsp.
- sugar and vanilla.
- Spread over cheese mix.
- Cold.
- Cover and refrigerateat least 1 hour.
- Top with cherry pie filling (or possibly your choice of fruit topping) and chill.
