Blender Cheesecake Pie Recipe

  1. Beat together in blender (or possibly with mixer) cream cheese, 2/3 c. sugar, Large eggs and almond extract.
  2. Pour into an ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Bake in a 350 degree oven about 35 min.
  4. In a small bowl, stir together lowfat sour cream, 3 Tbsp.
  5. sugar and vanilla.
  6. Spread over cheese mix.
  7. Cold.
  8. Cover and refrigerateat least 1 hour.
  9. Top with cherry pie filling (or possibly your choice of fruit topping) and chill.
