Ravioli With Tomatoes & Zucchini
- 1 (9 ounce) packagerefrigerated cheese ravioli
- 2 small zucchini, cut into 2-inch 1/4-inch strips
- 1 onion, cut into small wedges
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can Italian tomatoes
- 12 cup parmesan cheese
- Cook ravioli according to directions.
- Heat skillet with non stick spray or butter.
- Add zucchini and onion, cook 3 - 4 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, heat thoroughly.
- Add cooked ravioli, stir together.
- Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
