Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Melt semi-sweet and unsweetened chocolates together with butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  2. Cool.
  3. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
  4. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until slightly thickened.
  5. Add the chocolate mixture and mix well.
  6. Add flour mixture mixing well.
  7. Stir in chocolate chips, pecans and walnuts.
  8. (If batter is thin, allow to stand for 10 minutes.)
  9. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets, spacing cookies 3-inches apart.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
  11. Remove to rack to cool.
  12. Do not overbake.
