Cajun Style Mahi Mahi Recipe
- Cooking Time: 20 Min
- 4 x (4-6 ounce.) Mahi-Mahi Fillets or possibly Steaks, thawed if necessary rinse in cool water and pat dry
- 2 x Lemons, cut into wedges
- 1/2 c. Vermouth
- 1/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 2 Tbsp. Cajun Blackened Seasoning Mix
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic, chopped Lemon Wedge
- Heat butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning and garlic; cook ( 2 min), stirring constantly; add in vermouth and cook (3 min), stirring constantly.
- Add in Mahi-Mahi Steaks or possibly Fillets and cook (10 min per inch of thickness, measured at thickest part), or possibly till fish just flakes when tested with fork.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley and with lemon wedges to the side.
