Best ever chocolate chip cookies

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, belt the butter, stirring constantly until it reaches a golden brown color; remove from heat immediately.
  4. Transfer melted butter to a large mixing bowl.
  5. Add sugars and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy: about 3 minutes.
  6. Add egg and stir.
  7. Add the dry ingredients, small amounts at a time, until combined.
  8. Fold in chocolate chunks.
  9. Use a 2 tablespoon measuring spoon to scoop out the dough and place them on a prepared baking sheet.
  10. Bake at 350AF (f) for 12-14 minutes, or until golden.
  11. Allow cookies to cook before eating.
  12. Serve with milk!
