Tag a Long Snack Mix
- 6 dried figs, quartered
- 6 prunes, quartered
- 13 cup dried cranberries
- 13 cup roasted soybeans
- 13 cup slivered almonds
- 12 cup 100% all-bran cereal (twig-style)
- 14 cup chocolate-covered raisins
- 12 cup shreddies cereal
- 12 cup Cheerios toasted oat cereal
- 14 cup roasted sunflower seeds
- 13 cup raisins
- 14 cup toasted pumpkin seeds
- 14 cup miniature chocolate chip
- In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
- Store in zip-top bags or a tightly lidded container.
- Variation for High-Energy, High-Protein requirements (in photo): Add 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts, 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, 1/4 cup whole cashews, chopped, 1/3 cup chopped dates and 2/3 cup chopped pecans.
