  2. Store in zip-top bags or a tightly lidded container.
  3. Variation for High-Energy, High-Protein requirements (in photo): Add 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts, 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, 1/4 cup whole cashews, chopped, 1/3 cup chopped dates and 2/3 cup chopped pecans.
