Herb Grilled Pork Tenderloin

  1. Combine everything but the meat together.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Pour 3/4 cup of the marinade into a Ziploc bag, add the pork.
  4. Squish around so all the pork is covered.
  5. Marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  6. Cover and save the remaining marinade to baste the meat while grilling.
  7. Coat the grill rack with cooking spray.
  8. Grill pork, covered, over a medium-hot temperature for 25-40 minutes.
  9. Baste the meat occasionally with the reserved marinade.
  10. The pork is done when a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F. Remove from the grill, and let stand for a couple minutes before you slice.
  11. Enjoy!
